
All-inclusive conference packages
For events of ten people and above it is possible to book an all-inclusive conference package. This has two advantages for you: on the one hand, food and drink perfectly adapted to the conference day; on the other, you will not pay any rent for your conference room.
Based on our experience, we have instituted two all-inclusive conference prices. Naturally we shall also be glad to create an individual all-inclusive price for you.
Our suggestions for your all-inclusive conference price are as follows:

Basic Package
- 2 coffee breaks including coffee, tea and biscuits
- Lunch dish
- 1 non-alcoholic beverage per person in the conference room
- 37,50 € per person (whole day)
- 33,30 € per person without 2. coffee break (until 4 hours)

Comfort Package
- 2 coffee breaks including coffee, tea, biscuits and a snack of choice
- Lunch buffet or a 3-course-meal on recommendation by the chef, including 1 soft drink of choice
- 2 non-alcoholic beverages per person in the conference room
- 56,50 € per person (whole day)
- 50,50 € per person without 2. coffee break (until 4 hours)

Deluxe Package
- Welcome coffee
- 2 coffee breaks including coffee, tea, biscuits and a snack of choice
- Lunch buffet or a 3-course-meal on recommendation by the chef, including 1 soft drink of choice and a coffee after the meal
- Unlimited soft drinks in the room for the length of the conference
- 1 video projector during the conference
- 67,50 € per person (whole day)
- 61,50 € per person without 2. coffee break (until 4 hours)

The package includes standard meeting technology which covers a projection screen, a flipchart and a pin board. Any additional equipment such as a TV+video combination, microphones, speakers lectern, and/or LED/LCD projectors can, of course, also be provided at an additional charge.
